The Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing is an international community of nurses dedicated to advancing knowledge, teaching, learning, and service by cultivating communities of practice, education, and research.
To that end, and in partnership with Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation End of Life Nursing Care (HPNA), the organization invites applications for the Sigma/HPNA Grant program, which will award a single grant of $10,000 to support the advancement of a research project focused on end-of-life nursing care. Proposals for pilot and/or developmental research are invited.
Preference will be given to Sigma/HPNA members, with other qualifications being equal.
Applicants must be registered nurses with a current license and hold a master’s or doctoral degree or be enrolled in a doctoral program.
